Cal Pau Cruset

The 150 year old, recently renovated wine farm (750 sq meters in total) is surrounded by 2,5 hectares of vineyards and a large garden with fruit trees, olives and almond trees. The house is located close to Sant Marti, near Vilafranca in the wine (Cava) region “the Penedes”.

The house is about 18 km from the beaches in Vilanova and Sitges.The sea can be seen from the hills 1-2 kms behind the house.The house has different units that can be rented together or apart.
